3 event rooms for you to choose from based on your party size and needs:

The Black Raven Room:

Our Black Raven Room serves as our largest banquet facility, overlooking our championship golf course and seating up to 250 people. In its 3,000 square feet, this banquet room is ideal for wedding receptions, golf outings, wine tastings and other larger events.  You also receive use of the adjoining garden area complete with a 2,400 sq foot pavilion covered patio and lighted waterfall.

The Birdseye Room:

Our Birdseye Room serves as a smaller banquet facility also overlooking our championship golf course. This room is 800 square feet, seating up to 45 people indoors and 20 people on the adjoining patio.  This room is ideal for rehearsal dinners, showers, business seminars and other special events.

The Raven Suite:

Our Raven Suite serves as a small conference room.  Seating up to 12 people in its 400 square feet the Raven Suite is perfect for corporate meetings, private seminars and small conferences.

Adult Golf Passes

10 Pack of Golf Passes                              $540 - Walking          Add Cart  $100

Junior/Senior Frequent Golf Passes
(Junior is 17U & Senior is 62+ years of age)

10 Pack of Golf Passes                              $440  - Walking         Add Cart  $100

The frequent player passes are valid Monday - Friday Anytime. Sat, Sun & Holidays after 11:00am

Parameters

• Frequent player passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
• Passes expire on 12/31/24 or when Ravenwood closes for the 2024 season, whichever comes first.
• Passes are for green fees only and only during the stated time frames, unless carts are prepaid.
• Non Senior Passes may be used before 11:00am on weekends for a $10 per person up charge
• Senior Passes may be used before 11:00am on weekends for a $20 per person up charge
• Each pass may be used for 18 or 9 holes – may NOT be combined into (2) nine hole rounds.
• Ravenwood reserves the right to revoke the passes if behavior is not in accordance with club’s policy

Conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Rochester, 1 hour from Syracuse, 4 miles off Thruway Exit 45 and 4 miles off Thruway Exit 44, Ravenwood Golf Club can be easily accessed by all of your attendees.

Available by the hour, half day or full day - The Black Raven Room (up to 250 people), The Birdseye Room (up to 45 people) or The Raven Suite (up to 12 people) are all options for your meeting needs.

We have suggested menus and packages available; whether you would like light snacks or golf following your meeting, we will CUSTOMIZE it to you!

Other options available upon request or by rental include...projector screen, TV/DVD, podium, microphone, easels, LCD projector, and wireless internet access.

Thank you for considering Ravenwood Golf Club for your Wedding Day. Our experienced staff will work diligently to provide you and your guests with a day to remember!

Your reception will be hosted in The Black Raven Banquet Room, newly renovated in 2009, this room overlooks the breathtaking landscape of our Championship Golf Course.  With sliding glass doors opening up completely to the adjacent garden with lighted waterfall, this space is also perfect to host your Ceremony.

The following amenities can be included:

• The Ceremony Package includes use of the conference center, The Raven Suite, to get ready in.
• Complimentary transportation for photo opportunities on the golf course.
• Open, Cash, or Consumption Bar options are available.
• Complimentary parking for all guests.
• A Ravenwood Representative to help you coordinate your event.
